Our history over the years
2017
The company was founded in 2017 by young and motivated entrepreneurs interested in the latest technologies worldwide.
The team set out to modernize and transform more buildings and homes, making them more comfortable while saving money, time and resources.
The company started out as a trading business, focused on national and international trade in the latest innovative products.
By 2018, we had more than 30 international partnerships, had completed training programs with some of the world's leading technology companies, and had delivered dozens of projects.

In 2019, our team grew with experts who bring over 30 years of experience in electrical installation and smart systems. We began designing and delivering complete technology solutions for smart homes and building automation.
We opened our first showroom in the iconic "Building of the Year 2017" at 106 Bulgaria Blvd., equipped with the latest Smart Home systems.
In 2020, we significantly expanded our partner network and began offering complete lighting solutions. We won an award for the most innovative company in the luxury construction segment and passed the milestone of 100 completed projects.

In 2021, we doubled our installation team and trained new software specialists. This allowed us to add the following to our services: electrical installations for buildings and homes (both power and low-voltage)lighting design and supplysmart security alarm systemsaccess controlvideo surveillance
We won an award for the fastest-growing Smart Home company and became the official and exclusive distributor in Bulgaria for Vitrea, a global leader in residential and commercial automation.
We delivered the first hotel automation projects using GRMS (Guest Room Management System) in Bulgaria and Poland, at hotels such as Kempinski Bansko, JW Marriott Warsaw, Juno, Vega and others.
We became official distributors of Crestron, a global leader in automation, and exclusive representatives of Adria Electronics' hotel systems.
We built one of the most modern, technologically advanced showrooms in Europe, featuring Vitrea and Crestron systems, so we can offer our clients the very best.
2022
2023
We became exclusive representatives of BLUEIOT, an industry leader and a pioneer in Bluetooth 5.4 technology and Industry 4.0. With it, we introduced Bulgaria's first Real Time Locating Systems (RTLS) for hospitals, factories, logistics centers and shopping malls.
We partnered with Openpath, one of the most innovative next-generation access control systems, known for its distinctive design. We also became representatives of the Norwegian innovators Neowit, whose software and hardware solutions manage, monitor and automate conference rooms, office buildings and complexes.
We added Orvibo, a Chinese leader in wireless Zigbee solutions, to our portfolio. This let us offer more affordable systems for end users that don't require complex wiring, large electrical panels or complicated software. Orvibo's solutions quickly found their place in the market. We also built a distribution network and a logistics warehouse, so we can respond quickly to our clients' needs.
2024
2025
We grew our team to 15 people and completed more than 100 projects in a single year. We formed new partnerships with lighting manufacturers and, most importantly, began installing our systems in the first Smart Ready residential buildings and complexes. We partnered with leading construction and investment companies and developed a Smart Ready intercom system, a product unique to the Bulgarian market.
We successfully completed the first Smart Ready residential buildings, and our team now numbers 21 people. We became the exclusive representative in Bulgaria for Moorgen, a German manufacturer of exceptionally designed, premium smart home and lighting systems. With Moorgen, our portfolio now includes four Smart Home brands, so we can offer solutions for every budget, from affordable to the most exclusive and reliable.

10 Years of iNovativa
In 2027, iNovativa will mark the 10th anniversary of its founding.
In a decade, we have grown from a company focused on trading innovative technologies into a team that designs and delivers complete solutions for smart homes, building automation, lighting, security, and intelligent residential and commercial buildings.
Ten years on, we continue to develop our technologies, partnerships and expertise with the same goal: to create smarter, more comfortable and more efficient spaces.
