What is Vitrea
Vitrea is a complete smart home automation system that combines home automation technology with the design of crystal glass. At its core are the VTouch glass touch switches. From them you control the lighting, blinds, air conditioning and scenes throughout your home. You can do the same from the Vitrea ControlPro app for iOS and Android, whether you're at home or on the other side of the world. With scenes and automations, a single touch activates several devices at once. For example, when you come home, the entryway lights turn on, the air conditioning adjusts and the blinds move to your preferred position.

A designer thermostat for controlling the room temperature. Its display shows both the set temperature and the current room temperature. You can also adjust the fan speed, switch modes or turn on the energy-saving "ECO" mode. Available in elegant glass in white, cream, black, grey or red, each in a glossy or matte finish.
Smart switch

Smart switches are made of special tempered glass, with a design fully customised to your interior. Choose 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 buttons, in a horizontal or vertical layout. Add an optional metal frame in gold, silver or matte black for surface mounting, or have the switch fully recessed into plasterboard, plaster or furniture. White, black, cream, grey and red are included; other colours cost extra. Each switch can be engraved with icons or labels for your project. Switches come in wired, wireless or standard (non-smart) versions, all in the same design.

A smart socket lets you switch connected appliances on and off remotely, from a smartphone app or a voice assistant such as Google Assistant or Alexa. It plugs into a standard wall socket and makes household appliances more convenient and energy-efficient to manage. For example, you can set lamps to turn on at sunset, or switch off appliances you forgot when you leave. Some smart sockets also measure energy use, so you can see how much electricity each device consumes.

Smart Lighting Control
Light sets the mood in every room, which is why Vitrea gives you full control over it from the glass switches, your phone or your voice. You can combine several lights into a single scene and create separate lighting scenes for different times of day.
With dimmable fixtures you can also set the exact brightness, such as softer light for dinner or lower light for a movie. Garden and facade lighting can follow a schedule. With VMax's astronomic clock, it can also switch on automatically at sunset.

Motorized blinds and curtains
Your blinds and shutters move with a tap on the glass switch, a command from your phone or your voice, or automatically on a set schedule. Left the house and can't remember if you lowered the blinds? Check and close them from the app, wherever you are. Vitrea also works with Somfy motors.
Blinds become part of your scenes alongside the lighting and climate. In the morning they open to let the daylight in. In the evening, for a movie, they close while the lights dim.

Smart Scenes and Control
Real convenience comes when the devices in your home work together. Instead of switching on the lights, AC and blinds one by one, you combine them into scenes such as Good Morning, Welcome Home or Movie Night. Activate them with a tap on a glass switch, from the app or by voice, or let them run automatically from the calendar.
When Vitrea is connected to your audio-video system, scenes can include sound and picture too. In the morning, the blinds open, your favorite music starts playing in the bedroom and the thermostat gets the room ready for the day.

Vitrea and Crestron Integration
Vitrea is an official Crestron integrated partner. Its VTouch Cresnet keypads are Crestron Connected devices that plug directly into a Crestron system through the Cresnet wired bus. You get Crestron's reliability in a glass keypad designed by Vitrea.
The Crestron system controls the LED backlight on every button. Each button can trigger a different command for press, release, short press, long press or double press. The wireless VTouch Pro and wired VMax systems also integrate with Crestron via IP, RS-232 and RS-485.
